I use a skill-building, relational approach to therapy to address symptoms, obstacles, and improve quality of life. My collaborative style focuses on working together to help you find increased meaning and function in your life.

For a decade, I have practiced in a variety of environments, including large healthcare systems, small clinics, and private practices.

I work with individuals around life stressors, transitions, interpersonal conflict, and acute presentations of psychiatric illness. I have a special interest and background in maternal mental health, including reproductive planning, pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.

My style is direct and flexible. I use a goal-focused, client-empowered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
